As an Account Coordinator for Tinsley Advertising, one of my responsibilities was managing a portion of traditional print advertisements on the media plan for our tourism client, The Florida Keys & Key West.

These advertisements required an understanding of each publication’s audience and coordinating our ads with their values. I facilitated communication between the client and my internal creative team to produce quality work way before each deadline while making sure each concept aligned with our seasonal strategic efforts.

We also offered co-op programs for some of our print advertisements that businesses located in The Florida Keys could participate in. This meant that I was responsible for gathering and organizing participant information and payments, sending it to our creative team, and approving the ad once I reviewed that all of the participants information was correct.

While working as an Account Coordinator at Tinsley Advertising, I was responsible for my own client, Miami Music Project. This is a nonprofit organization created to help bring social change to under-resourced communities through the transformative power of music. It was our goal to increase their brand awareness, increase donor involvement and support, and increase student enrollment within the organization. We did this by creating compelling, persuasive, relevant, and accurate content distributed through print, digital, and social channels.

While attending Florida State University, I was able to create multiple print advertisements for different companies. These advertisements were created through Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. They were printed and used as flyers throughout the community, and the digital versions were used as graphics on social media accounts.
